Be the ribosome. Read the mRNA one codon at a time, pick the tRNA that pairs, and watch the chain grow. The tape spells a word.
Learning objective: reading the genetic code the way a ribosome does: 5′ to 3′, three bases at a time, from the first AUG to a stop codon, with the codon wheel as the lookup and the anticodon as the check. Rounds 4 to 6 are timed. IB D1.2 and A1.2 territory; AP Unit 6.

Each wrong answer names the mismatched base pair or the wheel path, so it works as a starter or as revision after D1.2 / A1.2 (IB) or Unit 6 (AP). Round 6 uses the same tape for silent, missense, nonsense and frameshift mutations, which is the comparison the exam questions want.
