A pub quiz for your class: teams, rounds and a joker for double points. Mix review rounds drawn from the topics your class has covered with pure-fun ones (fact or fiction, films in science-speak, who am I?), then run it on the projector, or shut the lid and run it from paper with a quizmaster script, team answer sheets, a picture sheet and a tally sheet, on A4 or US Letter.
